The following rule has been added:

- 1.10 Impersonating other players is generally prohibited. This includes, but is most certainly not limited to, falsely claiming/indicating to be someone else in order to cause unrest, sow confusion, mislead, cause reputation damage, interfere with or manipulate events, gain unauthorized access to private information like account details, try to avoid penalties, obscure other violations, and/or manipulate trades. It is immaterial whether the impersonation is conducted in chat, via /comment, or otherwise. Penalties range from a 7-day account ban up to a permanent account and/or PC ban, depending on the severity, if it is a repeated offense, and/or if and which other rules were also violated.

The following rule has been changed:

- 4.8: Using Bots or Macro for farming will lead to bans (7 days first offense, 30 second offense) and all related items will be deleted. In severe cases, a permanent ban may be imposed.

- 4.8 The use of bots, macros, or any other form of automation in order to partially or fully automate farming is strictly prohibited. Farming is generally considered to be any activity that can or will create value using the available in-game systems. This may include, but is not limited to, killing and looting monsters, upgrading items, and making jewels. Auto-clickers are only allowed if all other steps in the corresponding process are still done manually without any further automation. Violations will result in a 7-day ban for the first offense, a 30-day ban for the second offense, and all related items may be deleted; from the third offense onward, as well as in severe/commercial cases, a permanent ban may be imposed.

The following rule has been removed:

- 4.8.1: Using macros or bots for the RPS (Rock, Paper, Scissors) system is forbidden (7 days first offense, 30 second offense and all related items will be deleted). In severe cases, a permanent ban may be imposed.

The following rule has been changed:

- 4.6: The Windows+L usage in combat is a severe bug abuse. We will not hesitate to use the ban hammer after multiple legitimate reports, so beware!

- 4.6: Forcing a disconnect, closing the game, or using shortcuts such as Windows+L or Alt+F4, either during combat, to evade combat, and/or to deny kills, is considered a serious offence, and if supported by multiple legitimate reports, or if it is a repeated offence, may result in penalties of up to a 30 day account ban.

The following rule has been changed:

- 3.9: Account chat ban: You may receive a definite or an indefinite account wide chat ban. (The ban history is cleared after 180 days without receiving any battlemode ban)

- 3.9: Account & Battlemode Chat Ban: Chat-related violations may lead to definite or indefinite account-wide chat bans. Depending on where and how the violation occurred, the chat ban may apply either to all chats or only within battlemodes. Bans are issued progressively as follows: 3 days → 5 days → 7 days → 14 days → 30 days → 90 days → 180 days. Chat ban history resets if no new chat bans are issued within 180 days. In exceptionally severe cases, a permanent chat ban may still be imposed.

The following rule has been removed:

- 3.9.1: Battlemode chat ban: You may receive a definite or an indefinite account wide battlemode chat ban.
